* Unopened Products: We gladly accept returns of unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
* Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
* Defective Products: If a product is defective, we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or unsealed. Once a product has left its packaging, it cannot be resold or reused.
